Why Refund Policy?
In business dealings there may be situations arise when client can claim refund or the seller who sold the products or services can offer refund aggressively to the client who paid for those particular products or services in certain cases. However, we shall strive to point out our refund policies here as an active seller.
Refund Policy At Glance
Usually, clients may not claim refund once payment is made for any particular products and services in favour of their work orders but we make 100% refund within 7 business days after delivery deadline under certain circumstances in case we are unable to execute the work orders for any unexpected reasons. We can even make refund long before delivery lead time if we realize that the exact product or service can't be delivered within the stipulated time frame after payment in very rare accidental case.
For Export Sourcing
When international clients pay for sourcing any exportable products from Bangladesh, they can claim refund from us in following cases:
- If clients only pay directly to Global Trade Concern for it's service in this category.
- If we are unable to deliver our service within pre-sale invoice mentioned deadline.
- If delivery of service isn't delayed by any natural disaster, pandemic or political unrest.
- If we are unable to deliver the exact service for which we had been paid timely.
- If we are unable to deliver the exact product we agreed for through our service.
- For damaged product good condition of which wasn't accepted by client during delivery.
- For damaged product good condition of which was uncertified by 3rd party inspection agency before delivery.
For Import Sourcing
When Bangladeshi clients pay for sourcing any importable products from other countries, they can claim refund from us in following cases:
- If clients only pay directly to Global Trade Concern for it's service in this category.
- If we are unable to deliver our service within pre-sale invoice mentioned deadline.
- If delivery of service isn't delayed by any natural disaster, pandemic or political unrest.
- If we are unable to deliver the exact service for which we had been paid timely.
- If we are unable to deliver the exact product we agreed for through our service.
- For damaged product good condition of which wasn't accepted by client during delivery.
- For damaged product good condition of which was uncertified by 3rd party inspection agency before delivery.
For Consultancy
When Bangladeshi and international clients pay for our consultancy, they can claim refund from us in following cases:
- If clients only pay directly to Global Trade Concern for it's service in this category.
- If we are unable to deliver our service within pre-sale invoice mentioned deadline.
- If delivery of service isn't delayed by any natural disaster, pandemic or political unrest.
- If we are unable to deliver the exact service for which we had been paid timely.
- If we are unable to deliver the exact product we agreed for through our service.
Ineligible Refund Claim
Any refund claimed by the clients shall be rejected by us under following criteria:
- If clients change mind after payment and want to cancel work order.
- If clients want alternative products or services for which they didn't pay.
- If clients want to get products and services delivered before deadline.
- If clients fail to cooperate us properly during execution period of an work order.
- For damaged product good condition of which was accepted by client during delivery.
- For damaged product good condition of which was certified by 3rd party inspection agency before delivery.
Eligible Payment Methods
We make refund against client's claim for the following accepted payment methods:
- Local and international payment made by debit and credit cards.
- International payment made by telegraphic transfer.
- International payment made by bank wire transfer.
- Local payment made by NPBS - National Payment Switch Bangladesh.
- Local payment made by RTGS - Real Time Gross Settlement.
- Local payment made by BEFTN - Bangladesh Electronic Fund Transfer Network.
- Local payment made by bKash or Nagad transfer.
- Local payment made by Demand Draft, Pay Order and Check.
Ineligible Payment Methods
We can not make refund against client's claim for the following accepted payment methods:
- International payment made by bKash to bKash transfer.
- International payment made by western union transfer.
- International payment made by moneygram transfer.
How To Claim?
If clients' payment method and refund claim criteria are eligible for claiming refund, they shall communicate with us by email. In such case clients shall have to email us to the exact email address that was used for finalizing any particular business deal with them. An enabled refund button shall be available in their online payment history area by clicking which they can submit their request for claiming refund. Refund process may take up to 7 business days to complete after we receive request for it from clients.
