Our Position

Question: What is our operational involvement in supply chain?

Answer: We are manufacturing service provider. We don't wholesale or retail any product we advertise or offer on our website. Our service covers contract manufacturing, exporting, importing, indentning, distributing, buying, selling and sourcing bulk commodities.

Question: What's our functional involvement in supply chain?

Answer: We take lease of necessary production facilities from the manufacturers or hand over the project directly to the manufacturers based on the requirement of our clients and dropship the consignment from the factories. Sometimes factories directly ship to our established clients, if expected by them.

Question: Why clients should avail our service if they can do it directly?

Answer: This is because, we provide one stop manufacturing service solution and realtime competitive offer based on the current market trend. We inspect order specific production facility, quality and quantity regularly for saving time, effort and cost of our clients. Moreover, we provide a realtime online platform where clients are able to track peridiocal progerss related to their bulk orders and obtain necessary shipping documents in systematic order on their computer or smartphone in any remote location from work station. We ensure peace of mind of our clients.

Question: Are we legally established?

Answer: Yes, we are legally established since 2005

Question: How do we buy and sell locally?

Answer: We buy products and services locally for export purpose only. We sell locally imported products and services only.

Question: How do we buy and sell internationally?

Answer: We buy products and services internationally in order to import to Bangladesh or re-export to any other third countries only. We sell internationally for export or re-export purposes only.

Question: What are our business mottoes in the supply chain?

Answer: Right product at the right place at right time.

Quality of Products

Question: Do we compromise with quality?

Answer: We do not compromise with quality of product and services.

Question: How do we ensure the right quality?

Answer: All of our offered exportable products are manufactured or processed in export oriented factories. Besides, we professionally inspect the respective factories and service oriented industries ourselves during production or process. Moreover, we appoint internationally recognized third party inspection agency to oversure the right quality of products and services.

Quantity of Products

Question: Do we deal in small quantity?

Answer: Usually We do not.

Question: Why we do not deal in small quantity?

Answer: Since we are not wholeseller or retailer. Moreover, this is not relevant to our business nature as we do not have any such arrangement with the respective factories or service oriented industries.

Question: Are the above conditions applicable for all products and services?

Answer: Those are not. The exceptions are textle, jute handicraft and leather product and severel services like international HR recruitment, student admission and local tourism.

Question: Do we deal in small trial order quantity?

Answer: Yes, we do when possible. An MOU or agreement for bulk quantity is required in this case.

Question: How do we ensure the right quantity?

Answer: We professionally inspect the respective factories and service oriented industries ourselves during delivery. Moreover, we appoint internationally recognized third party inspection agency to oversure the right quantity of products and services.

Price of Products

Question: Do we offer the best price?

Answer: We do not in the most cases but in some cases our price is better than the other suppliers and manufacturers of our category.

Question: How and when can we offer better price than even many manufacturers?

Answer: We can offer better price than even many manufacturers for the products we offer after screening the factories throughout the country. We put such effort for our established client only.

Question: Why do not we offer the best price in the most cases?

Answer: This is because we strive and put efforts not to compromise with quality.

Question: Do we offer fairly competitive price as a whole?

Answer: Yes, we obviously do.

Question: How can one understand the competitiveness of our offered price?

Answer: The market segment of all of our offered products and services is perfect competition market. Thus, anyone can easily compare our offer with other suppliers.

Answer: We take all necessary security measures to secure a business dela both locally and internationally through proper documentation. Moreover, we finalize the business deal in presence of our lawyer when necessary.

Refund Policy

Question: What's our refund policy?

Answer: Usually clients may not claim refund once payment is made for any particular products and services in favour of their work orders but we make 100% refund under certain circumstances in case we are unable to execute the work orders for any unexpected reasons.

Question: How our clients shall place an order with us?

Answer: Since we always produce fresh products according to the order of the clients as well as offer customize solutions based on specification and quantity of products we deal, placing an order with us involves three simple steps little different than traditional online shopping system which are as following:

Answer: The online order tracking process that covers every periodical progress from issueance of pre-sale invoice to shipment of consignment starts as soon as our clients place their orders with us online. They can track the latest status of thier orders here.

Question: Do we respond to all the queries we receive from our prospective alients?

Answer: We always expect that our prospective clients shall read our online business profile before they send us any queries about our offered products and services. However, we only respond to the queries of our prospective clients which are relevant to our business policies.

Question: How long we take to respond to the queries of our prospective alients?

Answer: If the queries we receive from our prospective clients are relevant to our business nature, we try to respond them within the maximum time of 24 business hours or 72 daily hours except holidays

Answer: Yes, we always respond to all the queries that we receive from our established clients.
